**The color of the image can slightly vary from one computer monitor to another. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item or if you have any doubts or questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.
Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The day 1 is when you item has been delivered to your box. If days have gone since your package was received at your box, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at doajewelrycp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We where to send you the instruction to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you package is lost in transit after been delivery with the correct address, as provided by the customer, you need to start a claim with the delivery services, (USPS is our regular carrier).
No refunds are allowed for order with error on the delivery address due a mistake from the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We also do not accept returns in earrings due to sanitary reasons.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items.
Refunds
**No money return are allowed.**
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return by email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for a credit on the store. Your credit will be available for 30 days to be use in the store for a new purchase.
Customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. If your order had a shipping cost, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a return the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If your are shipping an item to us and the item is over $50, you should consider using a teachable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your item.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
